Our knife cuts the perfect contour! Thanks to digitized optical production monitoring, you benefit from absolutely precise band knives for your CNC contour cutting machine. Thanks to the innovative further development of our products and production machines, you always get the right design for your specific application.
The CNC contour knives are available both smooth-ground with two bevels and serrated in oscillating or revolving design.
Splitting, peeling, profile cutting, shape cutting For cutting machines from all standard manufacturers, you can obtain ready-to-use, ground, revolving band knives in dimensions from 30 x 0.45 mm to 100 x 1.2 mm. Both the design of the blades and the determination of the steel composition can be adapted to customer requirements.
A special surface treatment of the slit band knives ensures optimum use in the machine and a longer service life of the band knife compared to conventional products. In addition, you achieve greater dimensional accuracy of the blanks.
