The sitola CNC control is a multifunctional device designed to replace the original control of all types of CNC contour cutting machines.
This is the cost-effective alternative to buying a new slicer, as you can continue to work with the machine for a long time.
Control system
We use state-of-the-art automation components. The control system is installed in a Rittal control cabinet. The user interface is a 13.3" touchscreen monitor with a fast SSD hard disk. All servo inverters in the control system are new. The servo motors and cables are also replaced if necessary.
The other AC motors, sensors and connecting cables of the contour cutting machine can remain.

The user interface has been designed for quick familiarization and is user-friendly.
The control system can optionally be integrated into a separate control panel. This saves a considerable amount of space in front of the machine.
The conversion is manufacturer-independent and can be carried out for all cutting machines from different manufacturers.
The sitola CNC control reads the machine code of various manufacturers. This means that you can continue to use your existing CAD programming software. Both cutting programs in G-CODE and SLD programs can be processed. The control also has an integrated DXF converter, which enables you to create your cutting programs quickly.
The control unit can be integrated into your company network via LAN or WIFI connection.
An optional integrated modem enables worldwide remote diagnostics and software updates.
An intelligent, uninterruptible power supply unit is integrated into the control unit. In the event of a sudden power failure, the machine can switch off safely.
The control cabinet has an integrated cooling system. This reduces the dust load in the control unit and leads to a longer service life for the electrical components.
The power supply is 400 VAC with 50/60 Hz. This can be adjusted according to your specification. An optional transformer may be required.
The control unit is supplied fully tested and ready for plug-and-play installation to keep installation time to a minimum.
The new machine control system includes CE marking.
