Cutting tool
The machine works with a smooth or toothed band blade for lighter materials such as flexible PU foam. Alternatively, a band saw with set teeth can also be used to process harder materials such as foams with very high densities.
Height-adjustable blade guide
The height-adjustable blade guide for precise, low-tolerance guidance of the bandknife enables extremely accurate guidance of the blade in the material.
Pneumatic knife clamping support
The pneumatic blade clamping support enables the bandknife to be changed very quickly.
Increased blade tension
Thanks to increased blade tension and the motorized adjustable blade guide, the blade can be guided safely even in materials that are difficult to cut.
Powerful blade drive with brake
A powerful 3 kW blade drive gives the bandknife the right speed and is immediately braked when the safety circuits are triggered to increase safety.
