Control system
We use state-of-the-art automation components. The control system is a Siemens PLC. The user interface is a Siemens touchscreen monitor. It is installed in a Rittal control cabinet.
All of the machine's DC motors are replaced with new AC motors.
Existing AC motors or servomotors, sensors and connection cables of the machine are retained and can be replaced on request.

The user interface has been designed for quick familiarization and is user-friendly.
The control system can optionally be integrated into a separate control panel. This saves a considerable amount of space in front of the machine.
The conversion is manufacturer-independent and can be carried out for all cutting machines from different manufacturers.
An optional integrated modem enables worldwide remote diagnostics and software updates.
The power supply is 400 VAC with 50/60 Hz. This can be adjusted according to your specification. An optional transformer may be required.
The control unit is supplied fully tested and ready for plug-and-play installation to keep installation time to a minimum.
The new machine control system includes CE marking.
