Wire circulation speed

The wire speed is infinitely variable. This allows you to adapt the wire to the properties of different materials and thus improve the cutting pattern.

Cutting tool

The machine works with a revolving cutting wire. These cutting wires are manufactured by sitola in a wide variety of designs depending on the type of material to be processed.

Vacuum unit

The vacuum unit is used to fix the material on the table. This is particularly advantageous for very light materials, as it prevents them from slipping. The vacuum unit is installed externally for easy maintenance.

Dust extraction

The dust generated during cutting is collected by the extraction system.

Wire cooling

The new type of wire cooling during the cutting process significantly increases the service life of the wires.

We use state-of-the-art automation components. The user interface is a 17.3" touchscreen monitor with a fast SSD hard disk.

The heart of the control system is a powerful Lenze PLC. The blocks are positioned and the cutting unit is moved via extremely precise Lenze servo drives.

Convenient control panel

The control panel is a touch panel with a generously sized 17.3″ TFT display.

Separate control panel

The control system is integrated into a separate control panel. This saves a considerable amount of space in front of the machine.

User interface

The user interface has been designed for quick familiarization and is user-friendly.

Cutting programs

The sitola CNC control reads the machine code of various manufacturers. This means that you can continue to use your existing CAD programming software. Both cutting programs in G-CODE and SLD programs can be processed.

The control unit also has an integrated DXF converter, which enables you to create your cutting programs quickly.

Network connection

The control unit can be integrated into your company network via LAN or WIFI connection.

Remote access

An integrated modem enables worldwide remote diagnostics and software updates.

UPS

An intelligent, uninterruptible power supply unit is integrated into the control unit. In the event of a sudden power failure, the machine can switch off safely.

Cooling system

The control cabinet has an integrated cooling system. This reduces the dust load in the control unit and leads to a longer service life for the electrical components.

Power supply

The power supply is 400 VAC with 50/60 Hz. This can be adjusted according to your specification. An optional transformer may be required.

The standard spare parts for the machine are manufacturer-independent and even compatible with those of other cutting machine manufacturers.
