Cutting tool
The machine works with a smooth or toothed band blade for lighter materials such as flexible PU foam. Alternatively, a band saw with set teeth can also be used to process harder materials such as rock wool and foams with very high densities.
Fully automatic right-hand side stop
The motorized side stop allows the block to be adjusted fully automatically to any desired cutting thickness.
Height-adjustable blade guide
The height-adjustable blade guide for precise, low-tolerance guidance of the bandknife enables extremely accurate guidance of the blade in the material.
Pneumatic knife clamping support
The pneumatic blade clamping support enables the bandknife to be changed very quickly.
Increased blade tension
Thanks to increased blade tension and the motorized adjustable blade guide, the blade can be guided safely even in materials that are difficult to cut.
Powerful blade drive with brake
A powerful 3 kW blade drive gives the bandknife the right speed and is immediately braked when the safety circuits are triggered to increase safety.

Motorized grinding unit (optional)
The motorized, automatic grinding unit enables the use of smooth band knives without teeth. This means that the band knives can be effectively reground and can therefore be used for longer.
Sanding dust extraction (optional)
Second side stop (optional)
An additional, motorized left-hand side stop facilitates precise positioning of the block. An integrated folding aid makes it easy to load the machine from the left-hand side.
Increasing the side stops (optional)
The side stops can optionally be increased from 500 mm to 1000 mm.
Digital monitoring of the ground joint (optional)
Optimum grinding of the bandknife guarantees accurate and precise cutting patterns. An optical control element on the machine allows the sharpening of the bandknife to be checked at any time and thus corrected in good time.
Design of the left-hand worktable as a turntable (optional)
The material can be easily and conveniently rotated through 90 degrees and does not have to be laboriously moved by hand.
Air cushion (optional)
Thanks to the air cushion system, the material is lifted from below by powerful blowers and can therefore be adjusted and moved more easily. This is particularly useful for better handling of large and heavy blocks.
